Thoughts

It's already the fourth week of school..

And honestly, I havent completed anything much now.. Projects and tutorials are starting to pile up.. My groups for the various modules have been finalised..Topics are chosen, team members chosen, meetings times set.

N Still dont feel the adrenaline rush of completing my projects and staying up late.

I taking all 5 core modules this sem
1.) Safety and health management
2.) HR management
3.) Contract and Procurement management
4.) Scheduling and control
5.) Scope management

And I came about this things called Risk assessment so many times. Things like Risk management, Assesments, Eliminating risk, Minimising. Basically, it's like consulting your cilents to assess and then eliminate hazards.I'm really getting more intrigued by the term. I still remembering my HR management teacher talking about this new job scope called " Change manangement or like Knowledge Management" .. Ok basically, it's like consultants giving advice to campanies. Be it whatever field u may be in, Change management is definitely coming into the new scope for jobs aspect. If I'm nt wrong Ken's sis is doing something like this too.

Wat i mean is that, I think it could be a good aspect that i might wan to try out it. Risk assessement is like needed in every single companies. Tell me which companies doesnt face RISK? Even we human face risk in our daily life. Like Dr philip says: To live is a risk..TO eliminate the risk is to - DIE LOR.. haha..

Point is, I really hope I can do a little more on this Risk management stuffs.. I think it's be good for me in the future.. Arghx.. In a way, I cant wait to graduate and be independent..I earn for independence- thou I know it's gonna dead shit hard..

Weddings

There is something u must know..The reason for all these late blogs update from me is due to the incompetence of blogspot..once again.. ther's something really loony about their edit box again.Fked up.I cant get my pictures up and this blog is starting to be like a desert in south africa.ass up!

Anyway, today is Ken's cousins birthday..His family gathered at his aunt's place to celebrate their bdaes for them. Then, after the cake-cutting session: They brought up the topic about "MARRIAGE"

Haha..Reason is because one of his cousin- Joanne is getting married soon. and i guess they were truly excited for her until they drifted off to their own ideal marriage- dinners, ROM, dresses, photoshoots.. LOL.. it's truly a hilarious discussion.

Marriage to me..is a huge huge thing.. But there seems to be like countless of things to do. Somehow or rather, it's just dawn upon me that marriage is such a bothersome and expensive celebrations! image all the dresses you need to choose from! GOD .. My mum keep telling not to joke about myself wanting to marry at the age of 30.. she says Im mad..

Must marriage be such an expensive extravagant? Yes, it is once in a lifetime..hmm.. Wat do u think?

Ah dai's Bdae

It's a great weekend. Celebrated big bear's birthday on fri sat sun. Of course, with different ppl at different days. Fri with me, Sat with family n party at st james- it was a blasttt! and sunday with the nemos again. Oh ya. it's tong wei bdae too..

I can't wait for the photos. Sat was like a champagne popping night. Ten bottles in total. Madness. Saw alot of drunk men- which i only meant the nemos guys. But was fun. Will upload pics once i get it.Play hard on sat night man.

On a side note, Ken got summone lah. so did my brother. Singapore is such a 'fine' country. Don't u agree? hahs.

ps. it's time to start studying hard. Happy birthday baby =) I love u. Hope u love my gifts n surprises.

Disney presents 'UP'

I absolutely love this movie! It's touching and really warm hearting! I went to watch it with ken after his mum's birthday. I strongly recommend this movie. 5/5. It's totally unlike the normal cartoons that u just watch just for laughs. This one has a good story plot n it will definitely touched u even in the beginning of it! I wanna watch it again!

Thoughts

There are some many things that r running in my head. Notes,messy room,cash accountability,Ken's mum bdae, Ken's bdae, BKK trip! There are so many things coming along n I have no clue to start which first.

I really need to reflect! Im nt gonna live in this messy room! GODammit, I hate messy room! Why are there so much equipments n stupid things in the room. I got no place to store them? I feel like camping at home to start with this.

Last week of holidays

Weekdays - Movie with Jasmine. Went to watch "Overheard". It was not bad lah. I'll give it a 3/5 for the movie. At last there was some ending to it. Quite sad.Jas totally dig it cause she likes the actor- Gu Tian Le.

Sunday- National Day 9-Aug 2009. Went out with Benedict, GQ n Jas just to see the blah 10 secs of fireworks. Was so blah la.. Jasmine was still unconvinced that the fireworks were only a short 10 secs. She kept insisting there would be more. But pls lah, recession lah. Maybe the government need to save money. Really not that spectacular afterall.

Really got to work hard when the sem starts. This sem is so different. I'm nt gonna be in hall anymore. Guess it's nt a bad things. Anyway I always kinda dread Hall.. I think I'm just nt the Hall person. I rather be out with my frens, slacking at the east side. Sounds so lian ! haha..
